Hiring robots

I've spotted a strange message scrawled in pencil on two posters downtown. It's interesting that on both posters the word "Its" is underlined and that something is scribbled out near the end of the message. What could it mean? Who could have written it. Clearly someone is angry about a robot getting a job over an abusive (possibly satanic) addict.
