Big 10 (Co) Champions

I never imagined I would see Wolverines cheering so much for an OSU victory. Still it's great that we are Big 10 Champions for the fist time since 1987.

The evening concludes with a special performance from Tim Monger of Great Lakes Myth Society. Pretty cool. RREMLP's are the first Tuesday of every month at ABC.

Fermentation Workshop at The Brinery from David Peterson on Vimeo.

This video of the fermentation workshop reminds me of a certain Portlandia sketch:

You can pickle anything.

Ravens Club

Anyone know the plan is for the space next to Ravens Club? I shot this picture a week or so ago and it looks like they are up to something.

Have a Nice Coffee Time

Two of A2's most experienced baristas, Anna Foster and Sandy Bledsoe, have opened up a new espresso bar located on the ground floor of the Bar at Braun Court. They're opening tomorrow and will be cash only; hours are 8 AM to 3 PM, exempting Mondays. We'll give you a full report once we make a trip.

Place that photo: Eaten ali.... inanimately!

If I die and get to come back as an inanimate object, I wanna either be this tree or this metal grate thingy. If I were the tree, I'd get the chance to feel what it's like to just absorb something into my body, just like amoebas (amoebi? amoebicurious? I mean, they are asexual... so does that mean they're attracted to themselves? OMG, I'm so heteronormative) but without everyone thinking I'm gross. Hardly anybody thinks trees are gross! If you do, you're weird. Why are they gross?!? They're just not.

So yeah, I would want to be the grate for the same-yet-opposite (pink-yet-lavender, anybody? or same-same but different) reason. I wanna know what it's like to just sit there and then reverse birth, but have it not be death, cause... I'm a grate and I can't die. That and I feel like it's the closest I can get at this latitude to seeing what it's like to have a glacier carry you around.

Okey doke folks, you know the drill. And if you don't, you just have to guess where this photo was taken. Put your guesses in the comments below, and be sure to leave your Twitter name with it! Because then we will damn you! If you're right! On our Twitter feed! Otherwise we'll just damn your damn name.

Last week's PTP was indeed the inside of Zaragon West.
