I had seen some other folks pictures of empty shelves at stores in the Ann Arbor area. Still, I was pretty surprised to see how picked clean the food section of the Carpenter Road Meijer was last night.
Not everything was gone. Just all the popular foods: potatoes, lettuce, clementines, etc.
I guess it's good that people are taking warnings of adverse weather seriously.
The Kroger just south of the Eagle Crest Hotel was like that too. Hiller's was well stocked yesterday afternoon.
