Ready or not, here they come

Damn Arbor's previously blogged about the impending Asian carp invasion of the Great Lakes, but a new study suggests that our fishy doom is even more imminent than originally thought. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the EPA, and some other Canadian and U.S. agencies had set up electric barriers to keep the carp out, but new data indicates that the invaders have breached our defenses. Whoops.
