Creative Rights is hosting a talk this evening by Untitled Collective at the Ann Arbor Art Center. The first in a series of monthly talks by the non-profits clients, tonight's event will explore how public art can be used to visualize transfer of air rights (TFAR) between developments in urban areas. The event is free and will be followed by drinks at the Last Word.
