I was surprised that Kroger didn't have the price reduced on this more. It seems like the'd want to clear out their inventory before next season or else risk selling some bad Oberon.
I hate to hate on Bells, as they're probably my favorite beer guys, but they have been over producing Oberon for at least the last 3 or 4 years. Since the dawn of the "craft beer" craze it has been the beer they're sending all over the country and, as such, it seems it has become overdone.
I wouldn't drink it. Old Oberon is the worst; plus, you can get Winter White!
ReplyDeleteGlobal warming. Summer forever.

ReplyDeleteOber-producing, please.
ReplyDeleteI just can't drink Oberon in the winter. I've tried. It just feels... wrong.
ReplyDeleteWhole Foods Cranbrook and nearby Busch's Market also were oversold; here's to Winter White...
