Local fermenting king, The Brinery, is hosting a POP IN dinner at Zingerman's Events (on fourth street) this Thursday evening. On the menu is Kim Chi Stew, Pierogies with coyote kraut, Chicken Fried Rabbit, and Apple Cider Vinegar Pie. The event runs from 5 pm- 9:30 pm.
