Another ice cream venture is starting in the Washtenaw area, contrasting Go! Ice Cream in Ypsilanti. Hello! Ice Cream, employing exclamation in the title as well, is serving the Ann Arbor crowd via beautiful ice cream truck and cart. This cart will eventually be seen at the Farmer's Market, serving italian style cream, or gelato. I personally don't see these new businesses being in too much competition, but ice cream wars have been known to happen.
