Lamenting the quality of Ann Arbor graffiti

I hate to sound like a boomer, but I remember when the graffiti in Ann Arbor was great. There were tons of cool stencils. Not like the crap the kids are tagging these day. What happened? Did people just grow up?

  6. Is there a good resource that explains the difference between street art and graffiti?

I guess I've always just considered most anything spray-painted in public spaces to be graffiti regardless of whether it used a stencil or not.
