Cartoon cat graffiti continuing to pop up

A colleague of mine pointed me toward some more cartoon cat graffiti on the wall next to Angelo's. Interestingly this cartoon reads from right to left.

Seems like whoever is making these is doing it to entertain themselves or others. The cartoons are almost exclusively found in places where people are forced to wait: two bus stops, the line for Angelo's. I wonder where the next one will be.
