The Brinery has been producing fermented goods in our area for a few years now. They are rising through kraut ranks, appearing in local stores and statewide in Whole Foods. Now, they have been nationally recognized by the
Good Food Awards. The Sea Stag Kraut and Oh Gee Kimchi are among the winners of the awards this year. If you haven't tried Brinery products already, walk into the food co-op or make a trip down to the farmers market. I recommend the Root-31.
