It's #a2Council night in Ann Arbor. Here's the agenda.
The evening kicks off with a decent, 15-item consent agenda. Of note, CA-14, a resolution a resolution authorizing an agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan/OptumRx for pharmacy benefits for everyone on Ann Arbor's healthcare plan.
There are no public hearings on tonight's agenda, nor ordinance first readings. There are two resolutions. DC-1 is a resolution to approve the second change order for the Bandemer Park Bridge. DC-2 is a resolution regarding consistency of corporate expression of values and Corporate action. My understanding of this is that the resolution is asking entities that do business with the city to not actively try to subvert democracy.
