At approximately 1:26 this afternoon, Damn Arbor's senior staff attorney, Benjamin C. Houston, sent me the above picture. It is of US Presidential Candidate Robert Francis "Beto" O'Rourke. He appears be standing on the sidewalk across the street from a Cold Stone Creamery and a Five Guys. This places him at approximately 511 Monroe St. According to Houston, O'Rourke was "probably eating."
